2. Quotations

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

3. Payment Terms

Payment due within 14 days of invoice date unless agreed otherwise.
Late payments may incur statutory interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

4. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.
We provide professional advice but responsibility for implementation remains with the client.

5. Confidentiality

All client information is treated confidentially.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
